Concept Design
On a classic Hamptons lot, the approximately 7,500 sf H House replaces an old postmodern beach house
with a new gambrel shingle-style house with 10 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms in two stories, 2-car garage, full basement for entertaining, generous first floor living, dining, and kitchen spaces, and large covered pergolas. A new pool and pool house frame the backyard. Renderings by Alden Studios.
